abaqus接触/静力隐式通用分析求教？ 20

一，模型设置了接触（硬接触/小滑移）+绑定+位移边界条件，施加了重力和静水压力，计算成功，但是分析过程中存在严重不连续迭代数，警告里有这几句话，请问是啥意思？

①：For contact pair (assembly_you1-assembly_zuo2), adjusted nodes with very small adjustments were not printed. Specify *preprint,contact=yes for complete printout.

Not all the nodes that do not find intersection with the master surface are printed. However all of these nodes have been included in a node set.

②：For *tie pair (assembly__pickedsurf159-assembly__pickedsurf158), adjusted nodes with very small adjustments were not printed. Specify *preprint,model=yes for complete printout.

二，同样上述模型，部分六面体网格出现了如下畸形，请问如何改善网格质量？（拖拽结点难以达到，局部使用四面体又需绑定）
