面单元建体出现的问题

请问高手用面单元建体，阵列后出现这样的问题该如何处理啊？XY plane element 81185 of type PLANE82 has a
ratio of Z variation to element size of 0.408141317, which exceeds the error limit of 1.E-02. Increase
the error limit using SHPP,FLAT to allow this element.我将错误极限提高后设置为shpp，flat，1，1，错误提示
是消失了，但是计算还是不能进行。其中我阵列的是体以及单元和节点，是否是只能阵列实体后再进行划分网格就可以
避免？
