abaqus警告与报错 原创

1、remond either due to the presence of * CONSTRAZNT controls. No CHANGES keyword or because removing the constraints might affect the model.

问题：节点在tie关键字中多次用作从节点，由于存在约束控制，这些约束也没有被删除，没有更改关键字或因为删除约束可能会影响模型。

解： 根据“刚度大为主面”、“网格尺寸大为主面”、“一个节点只能用于一次从面”原则检查模型并修改相互作用。

 

2、The volume of ... elements is zero, small, or negative. Check coordinates or node numbering, or modify the mesh seed. In the case of a tetrahedron this error indicate that all nodes are located very nearly in a plane.

问题：元素的体积为0，小或负，检查坐标或节点编号，或修改网格种子。在四面体的情况下，此错误可能表明所有节点都非常接近一个平面。

解： 此警告项可忽略。调整修改网格尺寸大小，使用mesh verify检查网格报错和警告位置，直至关键区域无高亮报错和警告；如若仍有警告，可调节相互作用。

 

3、... nodes are missing degree of freedoms. The MPC/Equation/Kinematic coupling constraints. Can not be formed.

问题：节点缺少自由度，无法形成Mpc/方程/运动学耦合约束。

解： 可能由于节点过约束造成报错，修改网格尺寸大小或者结构边界处使用倒角过渡（网格尺寸=倒角尺寸*√2）；选择不含边界节点的表面。

 

4、An error during a write to ......, check the disk space on your system.

问题：在写入某文件时发生了一个错误，检查你系统的磁盘空间。

解： 在作业设置编辑界面（General选项卡）更改临时目录。

 

5、... nodes be used more than once as a slave node in the *tie keyword or as a reference node in multipe *fastener definitions,remove multipe usage of this node as a slave node or combine the master surfaces together and use this surface instead.

问题：节点在tie关键字多次用作从节点或多个紧固件定义中多次用作参考点，删除此节点多次用作从节点的用法，或将主面组合在一起并使用次曲面。

解： 同一节点不能同时用作两个约束的从节点（过约束现象），容易在棱边位置出现。
