随着《家庭教育促进法》全面落地，家庭教育正式告别传统私人领域范畴，成为需要依法履行的法定责任，标志着我国家庭教育进入法治化、规范化发展新阶段。长久以来，多数家庭将教育责任完全归于学校，忽视家庭育人的核心价值，存在重成绩、轻品德，重管教、轻陪伴的育儿误区，导致家庭教育缺位、错位、越位等问题频发，影响青少年身心健康成长。

当前家庭教育法治化推进过程中，部分家长仍存在认知偏差，认为家庭教育只是简单的生活照料与学业督促，忽视品德培育、习惯养成、心理疏导等核心内容。部分家长存在极端育儿方式，要么过度溺爱纵容，放任孩子不良行为；要么高压管控、功利化育人，过度追求分数排名，给孩子造成沉重的心理与学业压力。同时，部分留守儿童、单亲家庭存在监护缺失、家庭教育薄弱等问题。

完善法治化家庭教育体系，需要家长主动转变育儿观念，明确自身法定育人责任，摒弃功利化、极端化育儿思维，树立以德为先、全面发展的科学育儿理念。家长需兼顾严管与厚爱，注重言传身教，以良好家风涵养孩子品格。同时主动学习家庭教育知识，关注孩子心理健康与综合素质发展。家校社多方协同联动，补齐家庭教育短板，让法治护航家庭教育提质增效，助力青少年全面健康成长。
