空滤器声学特性及进气口噪声声品质试验

摘要:为研究空滤器总成的声学特性,在半消声室内通过静态实验测试系统的消声量、传递损失,并进行发动机
台架试验,评估进气口噪声水平及声品质特性。首先,实验测试获得空滤器壳体的声学特性,并与有限元仿真计算结
果相对比,验证实验值的准确性。其次,分别研究空滤器壳体、滤芯材料的消声量、传递损失,发现滤芯结构的存在,在
中高频尤其是500 Hz以上大大提升空滤器的消声性能,而对中低频影响微小。再者,搭建发动机台架进行试验,对比
分析安装空滤器总成前后进气口噪声的声压级水平。先后进行稳态工况、加速工况试验,发现空滤器总成几乎在全频
段内对进气噪声均有明显的降噪功能。最后,提取稳态工况进气口声压频谱,编程处理数据,分析进气口噪声声品质
水平,研究空滤器总成对进气口响度、尖锐度的影响。为进一步研究并提高发动机进气口噪声声品质提供基础与
指导。

Tests of Acoustic Performance of Air-filters and Sound Quality of Intake Noise

Abstract : In order to investigate the acoustic performance of the air- filter assembly, the static noise reduction and transmission loss are measured in a semi-anechoic room. Furthermore, the engine bench test is carried out. Accordingly, the sound pressure level and the sound quality of the intake noise are evaluated. First of all, the acoustic performance of the airfilter is measured and the results are verified though the finite element simulation. Then, the noise reduction and the transmission loss of the air- filter are obtained and analyzed though the tests with/without filter element inside. The results indicate that the filter element performs well in noise attenuation in the frequency range above 500 Hz, but does not so well
in the middle-and-low frequency range. Subsequently, the engine bench test is conducted under the condition of steady state and accelerating state. It is found that the air- filter with the filter element inside has good intake noise attenuation effect almost in the whole frequency range. Finally, the intake sound pressure frequency spectrum is acquired in the steady state operation condition and the sound quality is analyzed. In addition, the influence of the air- filter assembly on the loudness and sharpness of the intake noise are analyzed. This work provides a basis for further improvement of the sound quality of the intake noise of internal-combustion engines.
