一个关于旋压的问题

PROE 的保存为STL或者proe默认的格式就可以导入的啊，CAD的保存为DFX或者DWG都可以呀
我在使用中还没有遇到这样的问题，不过有这样的情况，CAD保存为DFX或者DWG时如果选择的版本过高就导入不成功，你试试把版本降低到2007版或者之前的试试。
刚才特意看了一下，不能设置为恒定的线速度，软件中只能是恒定的角速度。不过可以把线速度转换为角速度了输入进去

今天遇到些问题，怎么pro/e和cad的图都导入不了。。。
还有就是上边说的，芯轴的自转只能设定为恒定的角速度吗？？我想把它设定为恒定的线速度怎么办啊？

使用simufact这段时间以来 发现现在simufact.forming（superforge）有些设置都很方便了，界面也有很大的改观
相对于simufact.formingSFM（superform）来说forming在使用上面还是方便很多。
比如旋轮随动的设定
在simufact.formingSFM（superform）里面是通过控制节点来实现的
而现在在simufact.forming（superforge）里面只需要通过鼠标的点选操作就可以完成了

3.3. Rotation Axis
You can define the rotation axis of a model here. The 3D view shows the current start and end points of the direction
vector. When Pick on Nodes is checked, you can pick three points that form a plane, perpendicular to the direction
vector of the new rotation axis. For this to happen, the camera symbol in the lower right toolbar must be inactive
and the picking tool must be active. Start and end point of the axis are determined automatically. When Pick on
Nodes is unchecked, you can enter the start and end points manually. By clicking on Adjust length the length of
the axis is determined automatically, such that it sticks out of the model on both sides a little bit (about 10% of
the model size). The upper left button reverses the rotation direction, the right button deletes the axis. Defining a
rotation axis will not produce a cloned model but will set the axis for the active model itself.

我在使用中是这样设置的，先设置芯轴的恒定线速度自转，然后给旋轮定义随动，这样，旋轮可以在和坯料的接触下由于摩擦从动了。呵呵呵，恰好今天下午有点空，好久都没有上论坛逛逛了，实在不好意思，这么晚才看到，详细的设定我截图给你了。
1 首先在空白区域插入press 选择manual，如下图：

2 然后在新弹出的对话框中选择Tabular motion（Translation & Rotation）

3 设定芯轴转速，如下图，先选择表格类型，然后在下面空格对应处填写相关数据，下图所示为设定0-8s内 芯轴转速为12转/秒
表格从左到右为 时间， X、Y、Z方向的速度，旋转速度

4 芯轴旋转速度设定完了，再来设定旋轮的随动，旋轮的随动一般需要设置两个参数，一是边界条件用来限定旋轮随动的方向，二是自身旋转轴。
边界条件的设定 空白区域点击右键—DieType—DieInsert—Manual

然后出现如下图对话框，在其中点选，选中即表示不能在所选中方向平动或转动，下图所示为：物体只能绕Z轴旋转

自身旋转轴的设定，在左侧空白区选中需要定义旋转轴的几何模型点击右键，选择Rotation Axis/Local System

在右侧图形区会出现如下图对话框，通过鼠标选取模型上面的点来确定旋转轴

定义旋转方向需要用鼠标选取3个点，如果需要定义局部坐标，则需要选择4个点来确定，如下图所示，其中就涉及到总体坐标和局部坐标的区别，固定坯料用的尾顶和芯模是绕总体坐标的X轴自转，而其它的旋轮则是绕自身局部坐标Z轴旋转。
