FLEXlm: not running

我安装的ANSYS12.1的版本，在安装完成后可以运行，可以当重新启动计算机后，在”Server ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility“里面发现“FLEXlm: not running”。当重新启动“ANSYS, Inc. License Manager”时，发现提示
The ANSYS, Inc. License Manager has successfully started.
Please note that it may take up to 10 minutes for all components of the
ANSYS, Inc. License Manager to be fully functional. If after that time the
ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility's status window shows any particular component
of the license manager as not running, please examine the ANSYS
Licensing Interconnect debug log file and the ANSYS FLEXlm debug
log file (by clicking 'View Status/Diagnostics Options' button) for more
information or possible errors.
请问有没有人遇见这种情况？该如何解决？

请问有没有人遇见这种情况？该如何解决？
1、打开“任务管理器”，在里面找lmgrd.exe这个进程是否存在（如果存在那么结束进程）；
2、打开“管理工具”》“服务”，在里面找“ANSYS, Inc. License Manager 服务”是否设置为自动启动，如果没有一定要设置成自动启动；
3、在Server ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility这个里面，点击"Stop the ANSYS, lnc. License Manager"，
4、然后点击"Start the ANSYS, lnc. License Manager"。
5、一切OK了。
