update fluid DOF后报错，cannot start the synoise process！

我在用VL12的间接边界元法计算振动噪声的时候，在进行到update fluid DOF constrains 后出现了错误，提示cannot start the synoise process，我怀疑是不是程序安装的有问题，有木有人遇到过同样的问题，不知道是怎么解决的
