7. 这管子需喷射除锈。The pipe needs abrasive blasting.

8. 这里有气孔，需挖掉后再修补。There is an air hole here. Please scrape it and have a repair.

9. 焊脚尺寸太大，需补焊打磨。The welding is too thick and needs welding and grinding.

10. 这里有咬口，需补焊。There is a seizing here. Reweld it please.

11. 管子内部需打磨。The inside of the pipe needs grinding.

12. 管子外部需打磨除锈。The outside of the pipe needs grinding and cleaning.

13. 这里不能用火焰切割。Here isn’t a flame cutting.

14. 这里衬垫焊。Please weld with backing.

15. 十字接头焊脚处需打磨。The welding of cruciform joint needs grinding.

16. 这里有焊接裂缝。Here is a weld crack.

17. 这个层状撕裂需修补。The lamellar tearing needs grinding and welding.

18. 去掉这个焊瘤，再补焊。Please scrape the overlap and reweld.

19. 这里有熔渣，去掉后再补焊。There is a slag inclusion, please scrape and reweld it.

20. 这个裂缝是冷裂缝，修补一下。The weld crack is cold crack, please grind and weld.
