*BOUNDARY_CYCLIC

1.需要定义

    XC x-component axis vector of axis of rotation 

   YC y-component axis vector of axis of rotation 

    ZC z-component axis vector of axis of rotation 

对于轴对称问题要定义旋转轴

     2.side1 和side2 对应的节点数目要一致

     3.对于R7以后的版本，不需要side1 和side2 的节点顺序一一对应，但是要激活ISORT选项，即等于1

     4对于轴循环问题IGLOBAL =0
