该怎么得到壳单元的剪力和弯矩?

梁单元求解后可以通过建立单元表smisc,8来得到梁内的剪力。我尝试用shell63建立的模型截面是1*1矩形,长10,加均匀载荷,最后得到的最大应力和手工计算一致,想和beam单元建模一样得到单元的剪力、弯矩,不知道该怎么做,请各位高手赐教!谢谢!
