如何解决marc推出号 3015问题？

我用Marc做板材冲压成型，选用了Multi-criteria,求解老是不成功，推出号3015，信息如下：Unable to reduce the time step below the minimum value allowed, and to still satisfy the user criteria in the AUTOSTEP history definition option. Either change the criteria or reduce the minimum time step allowed.
然后我采用fixed: constant step 设置，退出号为3002，信息是：
Analysis has failed to converge to required convergence tolerance. One of several error conditions has bee detected and the run aborted. The output will specify additional messages.
我的设置：接触，边界条件，loadcase和job都是照搬一个成功运算的例子（我前几届师兄做的），不知道为什么换了我这里就运行不下去了，请大家帮帮我看看 是什么情况，初步估计是loadcase里的设置问题！
