我定义了四分之一空心圆柱，在其中一个角上再生成一个球，想把这个球和圆柱合并，然后再减去这个球体，这样可以生成一个坑，但是这两个个体用ADD命令时就出现以下错误：Topological degeneracy detected for VADD command。Try modifying geometry slightly or loosing the tolerance（BTOL command）。If BTOL is relaxed，be sure to change the tolerance back to default after operation。这是怎么回事
