跪求帮助：ansys运行不能，语言路径不存在？？？

a fatal error has occured on the ansys command line.
please review the output window for information.
output window 里的内容是：
******fatal*******
invalid language value= en-us
(specified language directory does not exist)
我的安装目录没有中文的，填的主机信息也没什么问题，并且fluent和icem 都可以正常使用，就只有ansys打开的时候出现以上情况。
如果有知道处理办法的朋友请多指点，万分感谢。
