职位描述：
* Manages and trains a team of production staff.
* Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the operation.
* Advises management on manufacturing activities, performance and results and recommends corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors.
* Assists in evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques.
* Manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency.
* Establishes production schedule and targets to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders.
* Coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs.
Requirements
1. Collegial degree or above in relevant field
2. Over 5 years' experience of production management
3. Problems shooting
4. Good communication skills
5. PC skill and Good English skills
