急！ansys13 安装 使用问题 能打开workbench然后用DM时出现问题

打开dm时出现警告窗口说：
failover feature ansys designmodeler specified in license preferences is not available
feature agppi does not exist in the ansysli pool
flexlm server is not respohding .resource temporarily not available.

ps:系统win7 32 用ansys时一直断网的 重装出现一样问题
求大神帮忙
