求问各位大神是否碰到过 system error code 693 这样的问题

rt 。模型是辊压聚合物材料，explicit分析。求解时出现错误，提示The executable C:\SIMULIA\Abaqus\6.9-1\exec\explicit.exe aborted with system error code 693. Please check the .dat, .msg, and .sta files for error messages if the files exist. 。
