请教两个问题

不好意思，没有可以给大家悬赏分。。。。:-|
有这样两个问题，
1. 在ansys13 的workbenck中怎么添加线圈，现在在tool里面没有winding tool了，是直接 insert source conductor么
2.在我现在的文件中，无法solve，会出现在solve过程进行到preparing the mathematical modell 就进行不下去了，然后error中出现 an unknown error occur during solution。
哪位大侠知道这两个是怎么回事么？ 或者我可以把文件和模拟说明发给您。

我也是机械的，所以上来特别问下。。。。没办法啊
