呵呵，进入开始菜单找到License Manager，点开ANSYS, Inc. Server Licensing Administration Utility，点击Stop The ANSYS, Inc.License Manager,接着YES，右侧对话框出现The ANSYS, Inc.License Manager has successfully stopped，再点击Start The ANSYS, Inc.License Manager，右侧对话框出现The ANSYS, Inc.License Manager has successfully started，则可以正常打开ANSYS了，如果不行，就右键以管理员身份运行ANSYS, Inc. Server Licensing Administration Utility，然后重复上面操作，OK，要是还不行就重装一下吧，祝你好运！
