abaqus蠕变模拟是总会出现不收敛的错误提示

ABAQUS模拟蠕变总出现不收敛错误提示，有时候显示错误：too many attempts made for this increment:analysis terminated.修改了之后错误提示又变成：time increment required is less than the minimum specified.
