安装Ansys14.0，当安装到license Manager时出现如下错误：

The 'ANSYS, Inc. License Manager' service was not able to be installed.
Therefore, the ANSYS, Inc. License Wizard will not be started.
什么原因造成的？ 怎么解决？ 求大神指点！！

安装包是否验证过可以使用？
有时也有可能是软件与系统不兼容的问题！
