有这样一个问题:模拟斗齿在挖掘土层时,从接触土层到深入到10mm这个过程中的应力应变情况,从而为设计斗齿提出方案,斗齿的弹性模量是206GPa,播送比是0.3,土层的弹性模量是40GPa,播送比是0.45.几何模型在下面的附件中,请各位大侠多提宝贵意见.我现在按纯粹的接触问题算的,土层对斗齿的作用没有表现出来..不知到是什么原因.

看似简单的想法,估计很难实现。
接触的条件之一就是两个物体之间不可相互侵入,虽然ANSYS是通过接触力=接触刚度*浸入量来进行计算,浸入量也是很小的。
你的问题A物体要刺入并批开B物体,这是一个非常复杂的过程。
可以拿混凝土的裂缝计算举个例子。现在模拟混凝土裂缝有三种有限元方法,
一是分离式裂缝,过程就是先预测裂缝可能出现的位置,
然后在裂缝位置处理为单元的边界,
一旦开裂就在边界处增加新的结点,重新划分单元,
这样一条边界变为两条边界,裂缝得以模拟。
其他模拟裂缝的方法并没有出现真正的裂缝,
只是对于出现裂缝的单元的本构矩阵加以弱化调整模拟裂缝出现的状态,
省去了重新划分单元的麻烦。
虽然如此,收敛性仍然是个巨大的困难。
你的问题比模拟一条裂缝复杂的多。有限元法根本无法实现。
不知你这个仿真目的何在,这么复杂可能没有必要?

Ansys是无法完成这种瞬态接触模拟的,最好用LS-Dyna去做。
