『求助』求教用Patran提交分析时报错的问题

我是一名新手刚刚开始学习Patran.做一个简单平板静力分析的练习遇到问题请教．
在将模型提交Nastran运算的时候提示出错：
MSC.AnalysisMgr

<4> Attempting to connect to the QueMgr on 192.168.0.49:2900 ...
<5> Cannot connect to a QueMgr.
Error, msg = 'CONFIG ERROR...
Unable to establish communication with QueMgr (is it running?)', error '-3'
<6> Cannot Submit Job, Reconnect to the selected queue
请问是怎么回事如何解决？谢谢！
