真实应变在一些能够承受大变形的材料中很常用,在有限元使用中,要考虑变形的大小,FEA中发生塑性变形的材料,一般都采用真实应力应变曲线。如金属塑性变形,橡胶材料大变形。通常处理方法是:实验采集的数据转换成工程应力应变数据①,再通过上述公式转换成真实的应力应变曲线②,通过真实应变减去弹性应变,得到最终的塑性应变。
