钢管混凝土的界面接触分析的问题

本人最近在做钢管混凝土的界面接触分析的问题,遇到了如下问题,望高人指导:
如果采用位移加载,能够算出结果,但是应力太小,结果无法接受,会出现警告信息,
All selected contact pairs are initially open. Rigid body motion can
occur. You may use auto CNOF/ICONT by setting KEYOPT(5) to close
small gaps.。关掉了KEYOPT(5)也不行。
如采用力加载,则出现
The value of UZ at node 6516 is 4.132323064E+12. It is greater than
the current limit of 1000000. This generally indicates rigid body
motion as a result of an unconstrained model. Verify that your model
is properly constrained.
当然,这是由于约束不足的问题。
模型建的1/4, 约束是钢管下端固支,上端自由,接触设置了FKN ,摩擦系数,及刚度矩阵为非对称。
反复考虑后,仍不知如何改进,希望得到指点
