请高手不吝赐教(2)：－）

问题是这样的：提交作业运算一定时间后，警告框中连续出现以下几句话：“Excessive distortion at a total of 3 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
Excessive distortion at a total of 2 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
Excessive distortion at a total of 1 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
Excessive distortion at a total of 1 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
Excessive distortion at a total of 1 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
Excessive distortion at a total of 1 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
Excessive distortion at a total of 1 integration points in solid (continuum) elements
Excessive distortion at a total of 2 integration points in solid (continuum) elements”
然后，错误框中出现：“Too many attempts made for this increment
ABAQUS/Standard Analysis exited with an error - Please see the message file for possible error messages if the file exists.”
然后运算就中止了。
请教各位大侠，这是为什么呀：－）？
