df计算问题——计算总是不能进行到底！

不知大家有没有遇到过类似的问题。
具体情况是：单步工序，在设置中为输出10帧，但是计算到第五帧就停止了，前面几帧看起来还挺正常。
查看message文件，有这样几个错误！
Warning reset D3PLOT output interval from 0. to 4.8820E-04
The LS-DYNA time step size should not exceed 3.551E-07
to avoid contact instabilities. If the step size is
bigger then scale the penalty of the offending surface.
在重复很多次了之后的一段话之后，计算结束！
Node# 147 has out-of-range velocities
X velocity=NaN
Y velocity=NaN
Z velocity=NaN
