ansys中license manager服务不能开启————FLEXlm: not running

其他两个服务都能running，只有这个不行，偶尔能running也不能打开ANSYS。
之前一周都没问题，现在不能用，发愁死了。
错误代码：ansys FLEXlm Debug log file中写到：“

17:37:17 (lmgrd) 1) The license server manager (lmgrd) is already running for this license.

17:37:17 (lmgrd) 3) Another process is using this port number (unlikely).
17:37:17 (lmgrd) Solutions:
17:37:17 (lmgrd) 1) Make sure lmgrd and all vendor daemons for this
17:37:17 (lmgrd) license are not running.
17:37:17 (lmgrd) 2) You may have to wait for the OS to clear this port.
