simulink出现如下错误提示

Derivative input 1 of 'case2yujin/detQ2' at time 0.03043518663736717 is Inf or NaN. Stopping simulation. There may be a singularity in the solution. If not, try reducing the step size (either by reducing the fixed step size or by tightening the error tolerances).
出现如上报警以后，1.我在出错的积分单元反馈前加了memory单元，没有效果，不知是否是用错了？
2.我尝试给积分单元加了上线限，但是积分出来的结果比积分上下限还高一个数量级，看来这样也不对。
求高人指点。
