求助 abaqus6.10安装后又不能打开

第一次装的时候，顺利安装，结果过几天后打不开了，卸载后无法安装。无奈重装系统后，三天前继续安装，成功这两天有打开过，有使用过，但今天又不能打开。在网上搜了好多解决方法后，说reread license file ,重装Licence之类云云都不能解决
实在无奈来这里求助。
有大神知道这到底该怎么解决么？
对了，我电脑系统32位win7
内容如下：
Licence server machine is down or not responding
See the system administrator about starting the license system,or make sure you're referring to the right host <see LM_LICENSE_FILE>.
