ANSYS划分网格出错

我是刚学ANSYS，版本15.0http://wenku.baidu.com/view/9f178661f5335a8102d2203a.html用的是网上的例子，划分网格的时候软件中出现an inter-process communication error occurred while communicating with the MESHER module的问题提示，之前出现了AnsMeshingServer.exe已停止工作的提示。这种问题该如何解决啊？新手菜鸟求助啊！！
