[求助]s2s模型的viewfactor读入问题

读入视角因数的时候发生下面的错误，请问这是怎么回事？
"Error reading...[name of file]"
and the command window says:
"You must read in a view factors file or disable S2S model before proceeding. Error: Failed while reading view factor file.
Error Object: ()"
