求助ANSYA/LSDYNA做爆炸分析时K文件的问题

我再改大customization preferences 的memory(words)数值 也是一样的
Error LS-DYNA failed to allocate的错误，我改成其他的数值要么是Error Memory is set ********* words short increase the memory size的错误 要么是Error LS-DYNA failed to allocate 的错误，改到很大时干脆出现* Error Memory is set 2456376 words short
increase the memory size.
Current memory size 0 这样的错误
令我郁闷的是一样的K文件在师兄的电脑上可以算（没有改memory值，用的K文件里默认的300000000），在我的电脑上就不行，师兄电脑2G内存，我的4G
实在没法了，请教各位高手，不然我的工作没法继续了，谢谢！期待您的答复！
