ansys12.0安装问题

最近高兴在电驴下了ansys12.0,马上就装,
见鬼啦,谁能帮忙解决:
1,我在台式机上装时,安装时多很正常,但是用workbench时,比如选择做静力模块,当在几何体页面项建好后,打开进入model页面后,没有出现任何东西,如已建几何体和project的下拉菜单,用不起来啊?
2,在笔记本上装时,安装时也很正常,当从桌面开始>发射器,点击run时,出现问题:
Failover feature 'ANSYS Multiphysics' specified in license preferences is not available Invalid (inconsistent ) license key .
The license key and date for the feature do not match .
This usually happens when a license file has been altered.

我试装N次了,多不行.我朋友与我一样的装法多装上了,安装方法网上有,为何?
