还有,如果网格划到时,把时间步调小到-1.2e-007,又会出现warning slave nodes may cross the surface 的警告

请问版主说的问题是板料网格边线和白线没有重合吗?在那个模拟中我已经把板料网格划到5了,刚才又试了下6/7/8/9,可依然存在那个问题,划到10就可以了,但前几天我就是划到10计算的,结果会出现# node * has out-of-range velocities 的错误。这可该怎么改啊?

红/蓝色是模具,棕/粉色是坯料和压料圈。第四步时坯料纵向的中间部才刚刚变形变形,边缘不可能是那样啊

谢谢版主。我把坯料网格划细了些,能计算了,可算到第四步坯料边缘破裂,算到第五步就完了,实际不该是这样啊。为了说清楚,把图附上
