求助abaqus

请问各位朋友，在力热耦合abaqus分析中，先进行温度场分析，再在load模块施加作用力，prdefined field 中选from results or output database file ，是选择温度场分析的哪个文件？后面step， increasement 如何填写？多谢各位指教。
