实体建模,布尔操作

我直接用点建立体,不能进行相关的布尔操作,比如说粘结操作,请高手帮忙指点一下!下面是我相关的命令

这个要具体问题具体分析,因为办法总是有的。

打个比方:四个点,其中三个z方向都是0而剩余的一个z方向是0.001,软件能够按照这四个点生成一个面,但是这个面并不是平面,而且视觉上来说根本分辨不出来这个面是不是平面。如果一定要按这种方式来建模,还是尝试调整一下布尔操作的tolerance吧。

你好,我有一个疑问:虽然说点的坐标不一定精确,但是建模型的时候是用点成体的方式形成的体,按道理来讲怎么还有误差呢?其实我有检查过错误提示里的体,没发现有重复或空隙的。因为是第一次建ANSYS模型,所以问题还不少,非常感谢你的答疑解惑!

用别的软件建模然后导入ansys;
或者就是在ansys里面建模,这里有两种办法:其一,确定最主要的几个轮廓点的准确坐标,然后先连接点、再取点在线上来建立其他主要关键点,然后再创建体(思路和你之前的一样,但是能够比较有效的控制点的共线,不至于产生太大偏差)。其二,直接先建一个规整的实体,然后把多余的部分割掉(这个可能会有点难度,对空间和切割的概念要求比较高)。
如果说本来就已经在CAD里有三维模型,可以考虑直接导入,那样最简单最方便。

首先相当佩服楼主居然直接建了这么多点然后用点直接生成体,这种事果断没经验啊!不过直接用点建立体其实和其他方式生成体实质是一样的,所以除了看这华丽丽的点数据以外其实和其他分析完全一个样。
至于楼主说的不能进行布尔操作,其实楼主的这段命令运行的时候就有相关的错误/警告提示了。正因为体是由点建立的,而创建点是通过坐标定义的,虽然已经精确到小数点后四位,但是软件不会自动进行修正,因此出现了很多“Line 5 on area 3 is not on the area within a tolerance. This area
could have problems in future Boolean operations. (See the BTOL
command). ”之类的警告。要解决这类问题,第一种方法是调整布尔操作的tolerance(治标不治本,说不准会不会还有别的问题);再或者就是获取关键点的准确坐标。其实个人更推荐采用其他方式建模,这密密麻麻的点,检查起来也很头痛啊。
