求解！abaqus6.11里做切削仿真遇到问题了。。

如题，在做切削仿真时候遇到个问题，就是在最后提交作业后，错误提示： There are a total of 6 excessively distorted elements
The elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.Abaqus/Explicit Analysis exited with an error -Please see the status file for possible error messages if the file exists.
求这方面的高手给指出问题出在哪里，要到哪里去进行修改，我做的是热力耦合，新手一个，十分感谢！！
