ansys 做温度场瞬态热分析遇到以下问题

1.加载时能看到扫描热源一点一点移动,但是求解时不能看到,求解总是在第一步中断,提示说:solution not converged at time 1.25e-3(load step 1 substep1)Run terminated 什么原因呢?
2.下面这个可以运行成功的移动热源小例子中,后面j具体指什么呢?
