ansys用sparse和PCG求解器都出错且没结果

我用ansys中的sparse 求解器求解一个300万网格的非线性接触模型（结构分析），没有结果，报出的警告和错误如下：

可我的磁盘是NTFS格式，且还有150G可用（网格是映射与自由网格组成），这是怎么回事呢？
而换为PCG求解器后错误如下：Preconditioned conjugate gradient solver error level 1. Possibly, the model is unconstrained or additional iterations may be needed. Try running with a multiplier MULT > 1 in EQSLV command (3 > MULT > 1).
