大神们好。小弟被要求做接触分析。之前做的摆线轮，二次包络等接触分析都成功出结果。可是后来老板给了一种新的啮合方式后，分析一直不收敛。现在做的这个是一种少齿差传动，中间一层圆柱与内部的摆线轮，外部的双圆弧槽分别接触，在hypermesh里面做了前处理（185单元）。实际接触对两个，非别为圆柱上下表面与圆弧槽，摆线轮的接触对。然后通过引导节点建了两个接触对（将绿色摆线轮内圈和外部红色双圆弧轮外圈与引导节点绑定，便于使用184单元）。之前的摆线轮，二包都是只有一个实际接触对，用同样的方法做，成功了，可是到了这个有两个接触对的玩意儿，结果始终不收敛。我的一个师兄和我做的同样的东西，人家和设置都一样，一样的单元，几乎一样的网格密度，他的能收敛。我按照他的做法，将两个实际接触对之间加了摩擦系数，并且将两对靶体，目标体设置了一定的贯穿，还是不能收敛。跪求大神解答！！
