求助：ansys workbench 13.0接触分析

在做圆锥滚子轴承分析时候，遇到了问题。采用1/2滚子模型，当滚子的母线为直线时候，接触设置为无摩擦，算法是拉格朗日，计算结果是正确的，但是，当给滚子一定凸度时候，也就是初始状态为滚子和滚道接触有一定间隙时，在采用无摩擦接触和拉格朗日算法，计算出错，错误提示是An internal solution magnitude limit was exceeded. Please check your Environment for inappropriate load values or insufficient supports. Also check that your mesh has more than 1 element in at least 2 directions if solid brick elements are present. Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Help System for more information.
。请问，只是什么原因造成的？在做有间隙接触问题时候，workbench应该怎么样设置接触对？算法应该选择哪一种？(如图选项应该怎么设置？)请高手赐教，谢谢！
