workbench非线性分析中遇到的问题

用workbench进行板的拉伸分析，设置好弹性模量与泊松比，采用双线性等向强化，切线模量为0，
网格划分：
采用加载位移的方法，一端固定，一端加载位移，分20步加载，开启大变形
但是最终求解总是报错，求解不出来，是为什么呢？
